Who is me?

Born and educated in North Carolina, David was raised an All-American boy. He was active in little league, Boy Scouts, and youth soccer, although, with a fly sashay. After high school, he entered the Army and served in Germany and Kosovo. Once he returned home David began to progress toward an engineering degree before entering the furniture industry as a structural engineer. When the furniture industry collapsed with the Great Recession, David found himself working for three restaurants to make ends meet. He was a line cook at a pizza shop, an upscale taproom, and the head chef of a boutique café. David has since moved to southern California and works as a visual artist and marketing consultant. He now lives in Palm Springs with his husband and two dogs. His enduring creative spirit draws inspiration from years of leadership, project management, e-marketing, and military experience.
